WHO ARE YOUR CLIENTS EXACTLY?

Our clients are women aged between 35 and 55 who are struggling to lose weight, want to look and feel better in their clothes and in themselves, they want to increase their energy levels to feel less tired and keep up with the demands of life and feel that it’s now time to focus on themselves and have that ‘me’ time.

Our clients are at a stage of life where they are either peri-menopausal, going through menopause or passed their menopause and in addition they have hectic lifestyles which includes raising children, caring for ageing parents, running a business, managing a home and have an active social life.

WHO WILL YOUR PROGRAMS WORK FOR?

My program will work for women who need convenience, flexibility and simplicity to help them lose weight, feel better, destress and focus on themselves. The program is designed to enhance our clients mental and physical wellbeing through a holistic & tailored approach.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT RESULTS?

Honestly this depends on the individual quite often people want quick results which is absolutely fine, my question is are you ready to make quick changes and fully commit yourself to the programme? We work at our clients current level of change which for some is instant, fast results whilst other clients prefer steady results.

IT SOUNDS GREAT BUT I DON’T HAVE TIME?

Perfect! Non of our clients have time that’s why we conveniently go their home at flexible times that suit them, they live very hectic lifestyles and that’s why they approach BrigoPT. Our focus is YOU our client and we both make time to commit to the programme to get started and create lasting results, they are in a head space of wanting to improve their health & fitness they just need the motivational nudge to do it.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO KEEP UP IN THE SESSIONS?

Definitively not, we will gauge the session to your level of fitness. This is something that is worked on in sessions and monitored very closely. I am one for pushing my clients out of their comfort zone but there is a point where we would stop and give you adequate rest time to recover before starting again. You just need to give me 100% every session and enjoy the process like so many before you.

DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW A SPECIFIC DIET?

Good news! No, I’ll give you a very simple structure to follow from day one. You will NEVER go on a “diet” on one of my programmes. It’s all about making healthy improvements that is sustainable and to get the results you want. All you need to do is be willing to make small changes but don’t worry… I enjoy naughty but tasty things too and wont have you eating chicken and broccoli for the rest your life!!

DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

Certainly not, for your convenience we can arrange your sessions at your home or nearest park. Most of our clients have gym memberships and never go, they say getting there is the hardest part!
