Working mums are the heroes of our lifetime

I sat down with Yvonne to discuss her road to improvement. Together, we discovered pockets of time that she could use exclusively for herself. We made it a priority to find “me time”, something that most mum’s don’t have and don’t commit to themselves.

And let’s speak honestly, working mum’s deserve “me time” more than anyone else. They are the heroes of our lifetime. These women do their best to balance their professional and personal lives by not neglecting their career or their children.

Yvonne made a commitment to herself to find the time. She managed to lose 10 kg, increase her energy levels, and make exercise and healthy eating part of her lifestyle.

Why a healthy lifestyle is vital for a good life

A healthy lifestyle can benefit a person on a physical, mental, and emotional level. However, developing healthy habits is challenging and requires changing one’s mindset.
